The tournament will take place in Moscow at the 4Game Center with a total of 16 teams where eight top teams from around the world have been invited. Also local teams get the chance to qualify the day before for another eight spots in the tournament.
Alternate will surely want to take revenge on k23 for their defeat and knock out in the World Cyber Games a few weeks ago but also the team of Tomi 'lurppis' Kovanen has been revealed as one of the invited teams. Stay tuned as more teams will be announced soon.

Rekrut.ru will host an international tournament as an opener of their site on December 14th 2008, inviting 8 top teams and 8 local teams to participate on December 13th. So far mTw, Alternate, HaHa and k23 have been invited to the $24,000 tournament.

But why Alternate instead of Mouz.. I dont get that. Alternate has been underperforming for a while now! :/ Even if they drawed versus mouz at EPS..
And i thought HaHa was only a mix for EPS Scandinavia.. So dont get the invite either. GamePlay would have been a better choice to invite :/ Maybe HaHa trying to find and organization! They do have a good lineup, so maybe they trying to make it stick. Only reason i find that makes the guys of HaHa want to pay the tickets to go there :/ (Ok i dunno if rekruit.ru is paying for everything!)
