Four lucky locales, in America of course, will be graced with the presence of Blizzard employees, who are going to be in New York, California, San Francisco and Texas to sign copies of the game.
Midnight launch parties will also be held in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Mexico City, Taipei, and Seoul.
Hundreds, if not thousands, of store managers across Europe, America and Asia will be staving off the sandman that night too, to meet demand for the game. Both Best Buy and GameStop have announced mightnight events with GameSpot keeping over 3,000 North American locations open late.
"We've been looking forward to these launch events all year," said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. "This is one of the few opportunities we get to meet with players in person, and we can't wait to celebrate the release of Wrath of the Lich King with them."
Additional copies of the Collector's Edition of Lich King will be available on location as well. Check Blizzard's midnight launch page for more details.

I remember one of SK.PvE`s requirements "Find spare time for doing raids , make sure u get away from work/school if needed" or it was smt like that hahahahha , how pathetic really
According to him, everyone at one of these events is blowing off another, more important, commitment and that they're all there only to get this game a few hours earlier.
It's dismissive and arrogant and has no relevance what so ever. He's lucky all he got was sarcasm.
If 11 million people played SC they would do the same for SC2, and i'm quite sure the same amount of people would show up. It's not so much about the addiction and fanaticism of the gamers, but rather about the popularity and demand.
