Michal "Carmac" Blicharz the winner of the eSports Journalist of the Year 2008 has done what he rarely lets people do to him, interview him. Ulrich "FlyingDJ" Schulze of the ESLTV has done a three part interview with the Pole with the big mouth and the infamous reputation.

SK Gaming's Editor-in-Chief Michal "Carmac" Blicharz chats about his interview techniques and explains how he gets the best out of his interviewees, if his opinion of World of Walking could hinder him in the future, who he thinks are the most interesting eSports characters and more.

Note that FlyingDJ maintained eye contact throughout the interview, it seems even the master Carmac can learn a thing or two from the top dog of ESLTV Ulrich "FlyingDJ" Schulze.

Man of Dubai's final cyx talks

One of Mousesports' most important men in the Extreme Masters Dubai tournament, Antonio "cyx" Daniloski talks about the match right after it was over.

Mousesports win EM Dubai and take home $25,000

Mousesports just won the Extreme Masters Global Challenge in Dubai taking down MYM on two maps. Coming from the Lowerbracket mousesports needed to win two maps while MYM only would have needed a single map. They played de_dust2 two times in the Grand Final and also once in the Winnerbracket Final before.

Mousesports stop GamePlays rampage, Grand Final next

GamePlay were on a rampage defeating fnatic, SK and mTw but got stopped by mousesports in the Consolation Final. Now mousesports can take revenge on MYM in the Grand Final which is coming up shortly on ESL-TV.

MYM continue impressing, beat mousesports

The Winnerbracket Final just finished and MYM beat mousesports with yet another great result. They're now in the Grand Final and could possibly meet mTw or mousesports again, which they won both today.

walle: Teams that skipped Montreal did the right thing

SK Gaming's captain Dennis "walle" Wallenberg talks about the team's perfromance at the EM event in Dubai, after SK finished fifth.

Always nice to see the tables turned when the interviewer becomes the interviewee. Great interview, just as Carmac hopes that his guests will be open and honest, he was here with FlyingDJ. Very interesting that his believes you have to be an expert in a specific game before you can pull out decent questions from a particular player. I believe that is true to an extent; depending on what kind of a story you're trying to tell with your interview If I could have asked a question, it would have to have been do you feel that the community surround e-sports (mainly the audience) actually enjoy in depth "personal" interviews or more game/event centric interviews. Either way, great job to both Carmac and FlyingDJ for bringing the rest of the world news from the front lines, always appreciated.

Nice interview. I don't know if FlyingDJ is always that calm or if he followed Carmac's own rule of adjusting the interview style to the different characters of the interview partners, but he definitely made a good job by simply letting Camarc talk and talk and talk :D

And he even though he doesn't want to compare himself to other esports journalists, I surely will: Carmac #1
