Last night the last gate of the Sunwell Plateau was opened in the USA and has opened today in Europe, during the weekly maintenance.

The world famous PvP warrior Serennia managed to reach all the way to Kil'jaeden on their first raid night of the week, and managed to capture a few minutes of footage for everyone to view.

Here's what Serennia, who plays in the guild VANQUISH on Cho'gall(US) had to say about the video:
"This is a recording of one of our guild's early attempts on Kil'Jaeden from May 20, 2008. I intentionally used an attempt where not too much about the encounter was shown so it wouldn't be spoiled, but enough to give people a good idea of how cool the fight is so far. Props to Blizzard for making their final two raid encounters of TBC so epic."

This means that the race for the final raid boss in The Burning Crusade is on. The SK Gaming has just started clearing this weeks lockout, and here's what one of the guild leaders SK|mackzter had to say:
"We're hoping for an epic encounter that will take some time to kill, I'd say we are really well prepared. One problem is that our BG was the only one with maintenance, and not a normal maintenance but an extended extended maintenance until 16. Which puts us about 7h behind or so, but we're confident that we'll catch up!"
